Cancellation policy

This policy comes into effect as soon as we receive your CSSA registration form.

• Cancellations received up to two weeks before CSSA are entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellations received seven working days before CSSA are entitled to a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received five working days before CSSA commences.
